STAA launches new awards to recognise property manager excellence
The UK Short Term Accommodation Association (STAA) has launched a new set of awards to recognise performance excellence in the property management sector.
The inaugural STAA Property Manager Awards 2022 will be held on Wednesday 23 November at Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes in King’s Cross, London and will celebrate the best in the business from all across the UK. The event will also host the STAA Christmas Party and will be an opportunity for property managers to meet their colleagues, as well as network with potential suppliers and business partners.
Entry is open to all UK-based property managers and there are a number of category awards up for grabs, including regional ones. Here is the full list of awards:

- Wales
- Northern Ireland
- England – South West
- England – London and South East
- England – North
- Best sustainability implementation
- Most inspiring community support initiative
- Most impactful marketing campaign
- Best customer experience
- Best use of technology
